TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

- Make a right choice

· Definition of time
o Noun – the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future.
o Verb – plan, schedule, or arrange when (something) should happen or be done.
§ For example: when we’re fasting, we feel that time is getting slow but when Eid, we feel that time pass faster.
· Definition of time management
o The ability to use one’s time effectively or productively, especially at work
· The importance of time.
said the Messenger of Allah, Rasulullah saw :
“Would not budge the two feet of a slave on the Day of Judgement but were asked first four things, about his age and what he spent, his youth how he used it, his property from which he had acquired it and what he was spending it and about his knowledge, how he used it.”
“For my greatness and honor, no one’s prayers remain in its time unless I put it in heaven. And whosoever worships of time, the if I will, I honor him, and if I will, I will punish him.”

said the Messenger of Allah, Rasulullah saw :
“Grab five things before five things come, your youth before old, your healthy before sick, your happy live before hard, your life time before death and your free time before busy.”

Indeed human is in loss.
Except, human who believe and do righteous deeds and they always prophesy with the truth and patient.”

o The most important thing is AVOID PROCRASTINATION
· What is procrastination?
Procrastination is the act of putting off intentionally the doing of something that should be done. In easier way is avoid on doing task that needs to be accomplished.
· Procrastination…What is it?
o Psychological behaviour that allows a person to postpone or delay a certain activity or task.
o Avoid doing task that should be done.
o Source of great stress and anxiety for many people.
